We provided legal advice to the investment group Pale Fire Capital in connection with the sale of its stake in the fast-growing recruitment agency teamIT to the company’s original founders and current management. As part of the transaction, our team provided comprehensive legal support in negotiating the contractual terms and completing the deal.
