(part of the waste processing group S.P.T.) in its acquisition of a large industrial and manufacturing complex in Mníšek pod Brdy from Budějovická investiční fond s proměnným základním kapitálem, a.s. This transaction will enable the client to expand its production facilities and further develop the site in this promising location. Our legal services included comprehensive legal due diligence, negotiation of extensive transaction documentation in the form of two separate asset deals with the seller, and financing documentation for the acquisition, which was provided by Komerční banka, a.s.
