Glatzová & Co. assisted the Centropol Group with the acquisition of two gas power plant projects

The law firm Glatzová & Co. provided legal advice to the Centropol Group in negotiating and executing the transaction documentation for the acquisition of PDL Předlice s.r.o., a company that owns a natural gas power plant project in the ready-to-build stage. This represents the second investment by the Centropol Group in gas-fired energy sources intended for aggregation and the provision of power balance services to the electricity grid. Our firm also provided the Centropol Group with comprehensive legal advice on the previous project, the acquisition of PEL Teplo s.r.o., including the negotiation of an EPC contract with the general contractor, Gentec CHP. We continue to support the client throughout the development and construction process of both power plants. The first project is currently in the final stage of construction, with commissioning planned for spring 2026.
