Julius Meinl Living Group has received a €68 million loan from J&T Banka. Glatzová & Co. acted as legal counsel on the transaction

Julius Meinl Living, a group active in real estate and premium hospitality, secured €68 million (CZK 1.7 billion) in financing from J&T Banka. The loan reflects the strong operating results of The Julius Prague, a hotel residence that has been in operation for three years. This financing strengthens the group’s liquidity position and will support the further expansion of THE JULIUS hotel residences, which the group plans to open across Europe. The transaction was legally advised by Glatzová & Co. The legal team was led by Counsel Jarmila Tornová, who, together with Associate Radek Šendera and Junior Associate Tomáš Fárník, provided comprehensive legal support throughout the transaction.
