Glatzová & Co. advised Fond Českého Bydlení SICAV

Glatzová & Co. advised Fond Českého Bydlení SICAV on the acquisition of a residential building in Příbor, Ostravsko. With this transaction, the Fund has expanded its portfolio by 64 apartments with a total area of approximately 4,500 m². The acquisition value is in the lower hundreds of millions of CZK, bringing the Fund’s total assets to CZK 1.1 billion. The seller was Heimstaden Czech s.r.o. Glatzová & Co. provided comprehensive legal advisory services for the transaction, including due diligence, preparation and negotiation of contractual documentation, and transaction structuring. “Our firm has long supported investments in residential rental housing, a stable segment of the real estate market.
