Comprehensive Legal Advice for founders of SNP Invest

Glatzová & Co. successfully advised Mr Petr Žáček and Mr Jiří Fíla as founders of self-managed investment fund SNP Invest. The decision of the Czech National Bank granting the license for the self-managed investment fund for qualified investors becomes legal effective on 26 September 2023. The CNB also granted its consent to managers of SNP Invest Mr. Pavel Makovec and Mr. Petr Rasocha. Our advisory services consisting of complex setting and drafting of all management and controlling system including internal rules, execution and completion of the application including all annexes and representation of the client in the licensing proceedings before the CNB.
